Tout est dit dans le titre, Cervinia nous a fait revivre le rendez-vous de 2005, sous la neige et dans le froid, pourtant tot avait bien commencé...enfin... avec quelques chutes quand même!
SAMEDI, qualifs:
Depuis le début desrecos (sous le soleil)... j'ai beaucoup de mal à rouler, je me prenais boite sur boite, et j'avais Zero sensations...
Alors pour les qualifs, j'assure. On part tranquillou ave Anne Caro, se permettant même de tchatcher dans la première remontée... puis elle est partie... (normal) et moi j'ai assuré derrière, je crois que c'est la seule descente dans le we où je ne m'en suis pas collée une...
J'arrive 2 avec 1'20 de retard, pas de quoi en faire un flan... je suis 40 au scratch, Anne Caro est 26.
DIMANCHE, course:
Dès le réveil, la météo me rassure peu, il fait gris mais ça va encore... mais plus le temps passe, plus je vois le ciel s'assombrir et se charger en neige... cette même neige qui nous attendait au départ du glacier... sous une bonne tempête de vent!
Le départ est donné à l'arrache, on est 4 nanas à se lancer.
Je choisi de garder ma selle haute car le glacier était inroulable et je pars en courant...
Je me fatigue assez vite, mais impossible pour moi de monter sur le vélo, la selle trop haute ne me permettait pas de me poser dessus.
Anne Caro me double sur le glacier, je ne la reverrai plus.
J'ai très froid aux pieds depuis le départ, et c'est de pire en pire.
La grêle nous accompagne, je pleure dans mon casque fouettée par les rafales de vent... sous des éclairs de fou!
C'est l'orage à Cervinia et dans ma tête. Je n'arrive plus à rouler, je suis transie par le froid.
Je tombe sur les cailloux... et me fait mal aux tibia... j'en fini très très loin seconde , en pleurs et avec les pieds et les mains tués par le froid!
